Looking across the main line displays a good view of the Keene freight house in the day of a pretty cool temperature where it is good to be an engineer in these climates and not a yard workman Yard switcher crossing one of the many girder bridges along the Ashuelot River for what the branchline actually received its name from in the design years of the 1800's
This train is crossing the Connecticut River which connect the Ashuelot to a lot of traffic Here one can view the Connecticut River siding where cuts were stored for connecting the goods between the branchline and the main for distribution
